? 2 cups of short grain rice (Egyptian rice will be great)
? 1/2 cup of small size and broken noodles
? 4 cups of water
? 1 tbsp of veg shortening
? salt (as desired)
1.In small pan melt the shortening and fry the noodles , and when it turn to medium golden color ( in the same time be careful do not burn it) now add the water .
2.When water start boiling add the rice and salt , cover and cook on low for almost 20 or until the rice absorbs all the water.
