Cocoa powder, as needed


Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Scale 1/8 oz. marzipan for wach walnut. Add cocoa powder to create desired color. Roll out to 1/16-in. thickness. Cut into 16 circles; press around walnut shell or mold. Let dry for 1 to 2 days.
