2 tb Vegetable oil 1/4 c Sliced water chestnuts
1 Onion; chopped fine 1 6-oz pkg frozen pea pods
1 Clove garlic; chopped fine 1 tb Soy protein seasoning
1/2 ts Seasoned salt 1/4 c Chicken broth
Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add onion, garlic, salt, and water
chestnuts. Saute until onion is golden. Add frozen pea pods, soy
sauce, and chicken broth. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover and
cook for 5 more minutes.
