Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Sausage meat
1 Onion; chopped
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Garlic clove; chopped
3 c Macaroni; cooked
1 c Mushrooms; drained
1 c Cottage cheese
1/4 ts Oregano
1/4 c Spaghetti sauce
1/4 ts Basil
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Dry mustard
Breadcrumbs (opt)
Grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Saute sausage meat till light brown. Drain fat,
separate meat with fork, set aside. Saute onion, garlic
mushrooms. Add sausage meat, spices. Stir in sauce. Add macaroni
stir. Arrange alternate layers of macaroni-meat mixture and cottage
cheese; ending with meat. Top with bread crumbs cheese if desired.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 min. SERVES:4
