1 lb Bulk hot sausage
1 c Chopped celery
1 c Chopped onion
1 c Chopped green peppers
2 cn Chicken broth
1 c Uncooked regular rice
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Brown sausage in heavy skillet, add celery, onion, green pepper and
simmer until tender. Add broth, ricce seasonings, stir to mix.
Pour into 2 qt. casserole, cover bake at 325 for one hour.
