12 oz Sweet Italian turkey sausage 9 oz Pkg frozen creamed spinach,
-removed from casing -not thawed, removed from
14 oz Tomatoes, can Pasta-ready -pouch
-chunky
Cook 12 ounces pasta according to package directions.
Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up
clumps with a wooden spoon, 3 to 4 minutes, until no longer pink.
Drain off fat.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in tomatoes and add frozen creamed
spinach. Cover and simmer about 6 minutes, stirring often, until
spinach is thawed and sauce is hot.
Before draining pasta, scoop off about 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking
water. After draining, return pasta to pot along with reserved
cooking water.
Add sauce and toss to mix. Serves 4. Per serving: 547 cal, 29 g
pro, 74 g car, 14 g fat, 74 mg chol, 1,127 mg sodium. Prep: 5 min
