1 1/2 lb Breakfast sausages
12 oz Great Western Beer
1/4 c Honey
1 ts Dijon mustard
1. Prick sausages all over to release fat, In deep skillet, arrange
sausages and cover with boiling water; simmer for 10 minutes, then
drain well.
2. Return sausages to dry skillet. Combine beer with honey and
mustard and pour over sausages. Cook over medium heat 30-45 minutes
until beer evaporates and sausages are glazed. If pan becomes dry
during cooking, add more beer. Makes 4 - Servings
