Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Shortening 1/3 c Brown sugar
3/4 c Sugar 1/3 c Nuts, chopped
1 Egg 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 lg Banana, sliced CRUNCHY:--
1/4 c Milk 1/4 c Brown sugar
1 1/2 c Flour, sifted 1/4 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Soft oleo
SPICY NUT:--
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add milk, banana, and egg; beat
until smooth. Add the sifted dry ingredients and blend just to mix.
Spread in 7 x 11 inch pan. Sprinkle with one of the following
toppings: Spicy Nut - Mix together and sprinkle on kuchen and bake.
Crunchy - Mix together with fork until crumb like. Sprinkle on
kuchen and bake. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
