Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Ground sirloin 1 c Chopped parsley
1 md Chopped onion 1 Egg
1 t Paprika 1 T Dijon mustard
1 t Cumin 1 c Water
2 t Bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties and grill on
moderately hot grill. Serve on pita bread or hamburger bun.
