Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Box noodles, cooked 1 pt Sour cream
8 oz Cream cheese, room 1/2 t Salt
-temperature 1/2 t Pepper
1 lb Carton sm. curd cottage 2/3 c Green onions, chopped
-cheese

Mix all together and put in buttered casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered
and 30 minutes more, uncovered. If you prefer it crusty, leave in a
little longer. May substitute lite cheeses, lite sour cream and Pam
in this recipe.
