Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 (16 oz.) can black beans, 1 sm Red pepper, diced
-rinsed drained 3/4 c Picante sauce
4 oz Jack cheese, cubed 1/4" 2 tb Olive oil
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel 2 tb Lemon juice
-corn, drained 1 ts Cumin
3/4 c Sliced green onions 1 Clove garlic, minced
3/4 c Thinly sliced celery

Combine beans, cheese, corn, onions, celery and red pepper in large
bowl. Combine picante sauce, oil, lemon juice, cumin and garlic. Toss
with bean mixture; chill. Serve with additional picante sauce, if
