1/4 c Fat free vanilla yogurt 2 tb Liquid from can
1 ts Powdered sugar 1/4 ts Almond extract
15 1/4 oz Can tropical fruit salad, 2 ts Sliced almonds, toasted if
-chilled and drained, saving -desired
Combine yogurt and powdered sugar; mix well. In another bowl, combine
reserved liquid, and almond extract; stir in chilled fruit. Spoon
fruit into 2 individual dessert dishes. Top each with a dollop of
yogurt; sprinkle with almonds.
Per serving: 120 cal., 2g pro., 26g carb., 1g fiber, 1g fat, 1mg
chol., 35mg sod., 240mg pot., 2 fruit exchanges.
