3/16 c Apple juice -Cream
1 1/2 oz Grape nuts ds Cinnamon
Pour apple juice over Grape Nuts and heat in microwave for about 35
seconds. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Top with ice cream. Serving = 2
1/2 Fr., 1 Milk, 2 Br., 10 opt. cal.
