Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 ea Eggs
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Oil
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Diced apples
3 c Flour
1 c Walnuts
2 c Sugar
Beat eggs. Add oil, vanilla dry ingredients. Fold in apples
walnuts. Bake in greased floured tube pan at 350 for 1 1/4 hrs.
