1 ea « cups all purpose flour 1 c Cold butter
« cup white sugar 1 ea « cups rolled oats
« cup brown sugar « cup desiccated coconut
1 t Baking powder 1 c Apricot jam
Combine flour, sugars, and baking powder. Cut in butter until it is
in tiny bits. Stir in oats and coconut. Reserve about 1 cup of the
mixture for topping. Press remainder into buttered 9" square baking
dish. Spread base with jam. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture on
top. Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes or till lightly browned. Cool.
Cut into squares. Makes 25 AR/95
