Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Italian arborio rice 2 Shallots, finely chopped
4 Crumbled chicken bouillon 1 pk Risotto mix
-cubes 4 c Boiling water
1/3 ts Powdered saffron 2 tb Butter
-RISOTTO: 1/4 c Freshly grated Parmesan
4 tb Butter -cheese

Mix: Layer in order given and store in an airtight container.

Risotto alla Milanese: Cook the shallots in the butter until clear.
Add the rice mix and stir until coated. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and
cook over medium high heat, stirring to loosen the rice from
