Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 ea Bananas -- sliced Drained
1 ea Apple 1/2 c Raisins
Cored and cut into chunks 1/4 c Walnuts -- chopped
2 tb Orange juice 4 tb Frozen whipped topping
1 cn Mandarin oranges -- 11 oz. 2 tb Mayonnaise
Toss banana and apple pieces with orange juice to prevent
discoloration. Drain any excess juice. Toss with all remaining
ingredients. Chill. Yield: 6 servlngs
