1 lb Cod fillets (or sole) 3/4 ts Sugar
2 ts Light soy sauce 1/3 c Chopped green onion
2 ts Lemon juice 1 1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
1/8 ts Garlic powder 1 sm Red pepper, cut in slivers
1 pn Ginger
Arrange fish fillets in 2 qt casserole. Mix next 5 ingredients. Brush
over fish. Reserve rest of marinade. Sprinkle with onion, mushrooms
and red pepper. Cover. Bake in 400 oven for 20-30 minutes. Dab with
marinade mixture at halftime. When fish flakes easily with a fork it
is done. 1 serving = 114 cal 1 g. fat
