Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 Pork chops 1 ds Salt
2 tb Butter 1 ds Pepper
1 Lemon, sliced 1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Tomato sauce
Brown chops with melted butter in large skillet. Place them in greased
baking dish. Place a thin slice of lemon on each. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper. Spread brown sugar over chops, then tomato sauce. Cover and bake
for 1 1/4 hours at 350 deg f. Makes 6 servings.
