Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 3/4 c Milk 1 ea Egg -- lightly beaten
3 tb Tapioca -- quick-cooking 1 ts Vanilla extract
1/3 c Sugar 2 ea Banana -- sliced
Om a saucepan, combine milk, tapioca, sugar and egg; let stand 5 min.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil;
remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and bananas. Cool for 20 min. Serve
warm or cold. Yield: 6 servings.
