Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

16 oz Tomatoes
3/4 c Onion -- chopped
2 Garlic cloves -- minced
2 tb Olive oil
2 Bay leaves
1/2 ts Basil
3/4 c Sun dried tomatoes --
Chopped

Cook onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat, stirring
constantly, until tender. Stir in tomato, bay leaves, wine and
basil. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, stirring often, 3-5
minutes or until thick. Remove from heat. Remove and discard bay
leaves and stir in sun dried tomatoes. Cover and chill at least 2
hours to use in Italian Cheese Terrine recipe.
