Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 tb Pork drippping
1/4 c Vinegar
1/2 Bottle
2 tb Red pepper -- crushed
1/4 c Chili powder
1/2 ga Ketchup
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 tb Pepper
1 tb Garlic salt
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
57 Sauce
Combine all ingredients and simmer until thick. When you use this
remember it's really a glaze not a sauce. This recipe makes about 1
gallon. You can
thin it out with beer beforeuse.
