Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 ea Pork chops
2 T Butter
1 ea Lemon, sliced
1/2 c Tomato sauce
1 x Salt
1 x Pepper
1/4 c Brown sugar
Brown chops with melted butter in large skillet. Place them in greased
baking dish. Place a thin slice of lemon on each. Sprinkle with salt
and pepper.
Spread brown sugar over chops, then tomato sauce. Cover and bake
1 1/4 hours at 350 deg.
