Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2/3 c Black beans; cooked until - of the beans
- tender and drained 2 tb Olive oil
1/2 bn Cilantro; chopped 1 Lime, juiced
1/2 c Corn 2 ds Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
1/3 c Red bell peppers; seeded, Salt (to taste)
- and diced the size Pepper (to taste)
In a medium bowl place all of the ingredients and stir them together. Let
the relish sit for 1 hour before serving it.
