Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
bn Spinach leaves 2 ea Quartered Hard Boiled Eggs
bn Lettuce leaves 2 tb Chopped Parsley
bn Red Butter Lettuce leaves 1/2 c Bean Sprouts
9 oz Thin sliced moist Biltong 1 1/16 c Croutons
Toss leaves together lightly. Add remaining ingredients except
croutons. Add dressing of choice. sprinkle croutons on top.
