IN A SCREW TOP JAR, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE OIL; COVER AND
SHAKE TO MIX. ADD OIL; COVER AND SHAKE TO MIX. CHILL THOROUGHLY; SHAKE
