----------------VEGETARIAN JOUR; NOV-DEC 94---------------------
1 c Vegetable broth 1/4 c Celery; finely chopped
2 c Butter beans; cooked 1/2 ts Oregano
15 oz Canned creamed corn Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm Carrot; coarsely chopped
In 2-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling over
high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, until carrots and
celery are tender, about 15 minutes.
