1/3 c Marinara sauce 1 tb Mayo
4 Anchovy fillets -- chop 1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1/4 ts Garlic -- minced 14 ts Garlic; minced
1 12" pizza crust 1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Parmesan; grated -- divided 4 c Romaine lettuce
1 tb Olive oil Leaves -- torn
Preheat oven to 450~. Combine sauce, fillets and garlic. Spread
evenly over crust. Sprinkle with 1/4 c Parmesan. Bake 10 minutes.
Meanwhile combine olive oil, mayo and lemon juice until smooth. Stir
in garlic and pepper. Add lettuce and 1/4 c Parmesan cheese; toss to
coat. Spoon on hot pizza. Serve with extra Parmesan, if desired. Per
Slice: 220 Cal, 2 gr Fat.
