Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Lean ground beef 3 tb Cajun's Blackened Seasoning
2 tb Worchestershire Sauce
Mix the Worchestershire sauce and the Blackened seasoning with the
ground beef (mix well). Shape into 4 patties, and grill.
