Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3/4 c Olive Oil 1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 c Wine Vinegar 1/3 c Capers;finely chopped
1/4 ts Salt
In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients. Shake well to blend.
Make dressing well in advance to blend seasonings. Store tightly
capped at room temperature.
Good over cold chicken salad.
