Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 kg Mozzarella sliced
1 kg Fresh tomato
200 ml Olive oil
40 g Dry oregano
Salt and pepper

Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei.

Put sliced mozzarella and fresh tomato on the plate one by one (like a
circle). Sprinkle with oregano and salt.
