Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 ea Carrots, thinly sliced (2 -concentrate
-cups) 3 tb Fresh lemon juice
2 ea Apples, peeled and coarsely 1 ts Parsley
-chopped 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Frozen apple juice
Toss all ingredients together and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves.
