Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 lb Frying chicken
2 ea Garlic -- minced
1 lb Sweet italian sausage
1 ea Pepper, sweet -- green
16 oz Tomatoes
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly saute chicken (cut into serving pieces)
and sausage (cut into 2 inch pieces) in a large oven proof casserole
until browned. Add tomatoes, garlic, and green pepper (cut into
chunks). Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours, or until broth is somewhat
reduced and chicken is tender.
