Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Egg whites 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate,
1 1/2 c Sugar -melted and cooled
1/3 c Water 1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Cream of tartar
Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate in top of double
boiler. Beat with electric mixer at high speed for 1 minutes. Place
over simmering water. Cook 7 minutes, beating constantly at high
speed, until soft glossy peaks form. Remove from hot water. Beat in
1 tsp vanilla. Fold in 2 oz unsweetened chocolate.
