Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Small white beans 2 tb Parsley, chopped
8 c Water 1 ts Salt
2 c Ham, diced 1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Onion, diced 1 ea Bay leaf
1 c Celery, chopped
Assemble ingredients in Slow Cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10
hours or until beans are tender.
