Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 cn (27 ozs.) sauerkraut, rinsed 3 T Lemon juice
And drained 2 T Sugar
1 Unpeeled apple, chopped 1/2 t Dried parsley flakes
1 sm Onion, chopped 1/2 t Dried basil
3/4 c Finely chopped dill pickle 1/2 t Dill weed
1/2 c Vegetable oil 1/4 t Pepper
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1
hour. Yield: 10-12 servings.
