1/2 c Parsley 2 Green onions, cut in 1"
1 tb Fresh dill, minced Pieces
1 ts Fresh tarragon, minced 1 1/2 ts White wine vinegar
2 tb Apple juice concentrate 1/2 c Lowfat yogurt
1 md Cucumber, peeled, seeded and 1/4 ts Dijon mustard, no salt
Chopped Added
1 cl Garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients except yogurt and mustard in blender. Blend
until smooth, stir in yogurt and mustard. Store in refrigerator.
