Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Corned beef,cooked and cut 1 1/2 c Dry rice
Into pieces 1/2 c Prepared Thousand Island
1 cn (14 oz) sauerkraut Dressing
1 1/2 c Water 3 oz Swiss cheese,cut into
3/4 ts Caraway seed Strips
Mix corned beef,sauerkraut,water and caraway seed in a large
skillet.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Pour dressing over rice and
top with cheese.Cover;remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Makes 4
servings.
