Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Uncooked instant rice 2 ts Instant chicken bouillon
1 1/2 c Hot water 1/4 ts Dried basil leaves
1/4 c Margarine or butter 1 cn 4 oz Mushrooms
1 c Finely chopped onion 2 tb Snipped parsley
1 sm Clove garlic -- finely Grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped
Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms, parsley and Parmesan cheese,
in 1 1/2-quart microwavable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on
HIGH for 7 minutes. Stir in mushrooms. Cover tightly and microwave
until rice is tender and water is absorbed, 4-6 minutes. Stir in
parsley and sprinkle with cheese.
