5 lb Pork roast; boston butt 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
Salt 1/4 c Vinegar
1 ts Chili sauce 1 ts Sugar, brown
1 ts Celery seeds 1 c Water
1 c Catsup
Cook pork in lightly salted water over low heat 2 to 2-1/2 hours;
drain, reserving 1 cup broth. Cut pork into thin slices, and place
in a large shallow baking pan.
Combine 1 teaspoon salt, reserved broth, and remaining ingredients;
mix well, and pour over pork slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to
45 minutes.
