24 Chicken wing pieces Bread or cracker crumbs
1 ts Bell's Poultry Seasoning
--------------------------MARINADE-------------------------------
1/2 c Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Fennel, ground
1/2 c Vinegar 1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Sugar 1 tb Parsley, dried
2 ts Dry mustard
MAKE MARINADE: Blend oil and vinegar. Add sugar, mustard, and fennel.
Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. [This keeps very
well in refrig, so you may want to make extra and keep it] Marinate
wing pieces for about 1/2 hour; drain. Roll in crumbs and place on
oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning, salt and pepper. Bake in
375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until wings are light brown and
