2 cups crushed oreo cookies1/4 cup butter melted8 oz cream cheese, softened1 1/3 cup powdered sugar2/3 cup creamy peanut butter1 cup heavy cream1 cup heavy cream, whipped1/2 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press mixture into a 9" pie pan.Set in freezer while you prepare the filling. Combine cream cheese,powdered sugar and peanut butter. Beat until smooth. Add the 1cup cream and mix well. Gently old in the whipped cream. Turninto the prepared pie crust. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Placein the freezer for at least 2 hours. It can be made several daysin advance.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
