Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Chopped dried figs 1 c Water
3/4 c Sugar 4 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Butter 1/8 ts Salt
Combine all ingredients except sugar. Simmer slowly until figs are
tender. Add sugar. Simmer slowly 10 minutes.
