1 c Chili sauce
1/2 c Honey
1/4 c Onion
2 tb Dry red wine
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Dijon mustard
3 lb Pork sparerib
Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over
medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered,
5 minutes. Sprinkle spareribs with salt and pepper. Place on rack in
roasting pan; cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees F 35 to 45
minutes. Uncover and brush generously with sauce. Bake 45 minutes,
brushing with sauce every 15 minutes, until spareribs are fully
cooked and tender. Cut spareribs into serving portions and serve
