Main Ingredients:
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 c. cold water
Food coloring
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix sugar and cornstarch and then add water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Divide mixture into number of colors you want. Add food coloring and a little detergent to help with cleaning.
