2 md Onions, sliced 1 c Water
2 Carrots, sliced -Salt and freshly ground
2 Stalks celery wit tops, -pepper to taste
-diced 1 1/2 lb Fresh salmon fillets
3 Potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 c Milk
Bring onion, carrots, celery and potatoes to a boil with water, salt,
and pepper; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add salmon amd milk to
saucepan. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until fish is done.
Serve.
