Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Corn syrup
1/2 c Water
1 c Raw peanuts
1 ts Butter
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Soda
Cook sugar, syrup and water to soft ball stage. Add the peanuts and
continue cooking until the syrup is light brown and gives the hard
crack test. Remove from fire and add van and soda, mixing well. Pour
onto oiled sheet spreading as thin as possible. When nearly cooled,
wet hands ~--
