2 tb Brown sugar
1 cn Tomato sauce
3 tb Worcestershire
1/2 ts Mustard
1/2 c Celery -- chopped
1/8 ts Red pepper
2 tb Butter
4 tb Lemon juice
1 c Water -- (I use less)
1 ts Salt

Chop onion and brown in butter. Combine wint vinegar, b.sugar, lemon
juice, tomato sauce worc. sauce, water, celery, salt and red pepper.
Simmer for 1/2 hour For ribs: place ribs in baking pan bake in oven
at 375 for an hour. Start brushing on sauce and trning ribs, cooking
until tender, another hour or so.
