Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 lb Ground chuck 1/3 c Chopped onion
1 cn Whole kernal corn 1 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped green pepper 1 pk Corn muffin mix
1 cn Tomatoes, drained
Brown the meat in a skillet, with a little oil added, which can be
placed in the oven later or transferred to a baking dish. Add green
pepper, tomatoes, corn, onion and salt. Prepare corn muffin mix and
spread over the casserole. Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
