Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Tablepoons 1 ts Dried red pepper flakes
1 tb Whole allspice 1 ea Bayleaf -- crumbled
2 Talbespoons 1 ea Cinnamon stick -- 2 inches
2 ea Whole cloves Mustard seed
1 ts Ground ginger Coriander seeds
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight jar or container.
Use in favorite pickle recipes. Yield: 1/3 cup
